* All products of BYPLIE cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, except due to the product defect.
If any defect is found in an item, please email us with the product order number and the exact information of the defect (including the photos of the
product). Please do not return any item until we have read your email and replied with a response.
* Discounted items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any circumstances.
* If you wish to ask for an exchange or a refund due to a defect in the product, please email us at info.byplie@gmail.com.
For exchange or refund:
1. Return the item within 7 days of receipt
2. All items must remain in same condition as they were received, including the original tag and label attached
3. Items must be in a newly condition, not worn, and not washed or dried.
To return, all of the conditions above must be met.
* Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Once an order is received in our system, the items are automatically produced and manufactured.
Due to this automatic system, you cannot change your order once it is placed. Please note this when finalizing your order.
